Alasdair is an experienced practioner with 25 years’ experience in efficiency, change and improvement work. In that time he has worked extensively across the public and private sectors, internationally as well as in the UK.  Recent work has focused on leading data science developments, often with major police forces in the UK.

Alasdair leads on our data science, analytics, simulation and engagement work. Alasdair is an Associate Lecturer delivering business case development with Canterbury Christchurch University on the post graduate programme in shared services. He is also one of only a handful of people qualified to teach the HM Treasury Better Business Case method in partnership with CIPFA. He has trained well over 1000 public sector managers in this important approach.

focus on partnerships and wider collaboration, Luke works with diverse groups of stakeholders to deliver positive and sustained outcomes. He has a post graduate diploma in business studies from Leeds University and is trained in both PRINCE 2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), utilising these skills in leading extensive change activity.

Luke has a passion for using data science as a vehicle to provide insight and business intelligence to guide practitioners and leaders to realise the opportunities these bring in achieving key business objectives.

Luke leads on delivery of our Folio work with clients.

David Edwards

With over 25 years’ experience of working within the public sector, David is a specialist in developing effective teams and delivering change programmes for a number of high profile contracts. This has involved 10 years at a Strategic Director level, driving efficiency through problem solving, evidence based solutions and improving customer outcomes. In recent years, focus has been on establishing a cross sector partnership between clients, shared service development, commercialisation, coaching and digital programmes.

Dave Crane

Dr. Dave Crane has experience in finance, telecomms, and manufacturing sectors. He holds a PhD in system dynamics modelling from Edinburgh University and has delivered simulation modelling for clients in the UK, EU, Australia, and China. He has over 20 years experience of computer programming in a range of languages and systems. He has written and run software development training courses and authored four books on web programming, including an amazon #1 bestseller.
